History

   Lyceum of Tingloy de San Roque Inc. was conceptualized on August 8, 2018. The institution sought endorsements from TESDA, DepEd, and CHED to the SEC on April 13 and 14, 2021, and successfully obtained SEC approval on June 2, 2021. Dr. Marmelo Abante acquired two lots, measuring 841 and 715 square meters, from former Mayor Antonio Atienza and Mrs. Consolacion Atienza. The school faced challenges with transferring the agricultural land, construction, and obtaining regulatory approvals. An application for the Senior High School program was submitted to DepEd Calabarzon on August 28, 2021, but was withdrawn on December 22, 2021, due to lacking additional requirements. The application was resubmitted on March 19, 2022.

   An initial DepEd visit for the Senior High School application took place on April 27, 2023, followed by the submission of compliance documents on May 7, 2023. The Senior High School programs were approved by DepEd Batangas on July 3, 2023, with Government Permit No. SHS-019, Series of 2023, School ID: 410913, offering STEM, HUMSS, ABM, GAS for the Academic track, and ICT and HE for the TechVoc track.

   Classes commenced on August 18, 2023, with 28 grade 11 students and 3 grade 12 students. Recently, the board of trustees approved applications for Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, BS in Computer Science, BS in Entrepreneurship, and BS in Tourism Management. The management plans to submit these applications to CHED 4A on June 28, 2024.
